Who doesn’t love flowers? I have many more flower related images available. Check out the Hallucinations Gallery and the Painting and Mixed Media section of Flowers and Gardens and Nature.
FLOWERS
THE BEAUTY OF FLOWERS
I love flowers, especially tulips, whether in my own backyard or in gardens of the world. The first were commissioned for a doctor’s office in the San Francisco Bay Area. They were shot in the Netherlands at Keukenhof Tulip Gardens.
The flowers on black are a selection from a new series— “In the Dark They Open” is a meditation on presence, isolation, and the eloquence of form. They are mounted with archival sublimation dye-infused pigment on aluminum, ready for hanging.
